Make muting hide a user's emotes
Someone spamming mastery emotes/laugh is one of the most infuriating things too see after you die and a large source of unnecessary toxicity.

How about stop being a soft pathetic SJW who is offended by everything,grow a spine, and do your job when you're in game,insteed of calling for more censorship. God knows riot already gives you enough coddling already.

Why do you think champions even have laugh emotes in a competitive game? It's to trigger you. And when you get tilted you play poorly, if I can make you miss a cannon just because I'm spamming laugh that's on you
Pretty sure if you mute someone, their emotes are muted (Not the mastery one).
