Locking In ruins new champ select

Since new champ select has launched, I have had more queue dodges than in previous draft pick. This results in long drawn out picks/bans, someone doesn't lock in, or is trolling, and then boom, I'm back in AFK check. 20 minutes later and 4 dodged queues, I'm able to play one game for the day, instead of the two or three I intended. Riot, please fix.
