Best 4800 ip adc

Of those three, I like Graves the best and think he's probably the best. Kog'maw is easily the best tank shredder and does the most damage in general, but he's less safe than either. I'd go with those two.

IMO though, Vayne is the best 4800 IP ADC.

Kog is the most versatile, can go mid or adc, late game is a hyper carry problem is weak lanning, low mobility, but I'm biased and love ADC and AP kog. Next I'd say graves, high burst, lane bully, easy to learn and skill shots are large cones, easy for learning. Least favorite is Ezreal, more difficult on the skill shots, but great if you can land them, just don't see him as a "hyper" carry. All in all take what your play style suits, if you like to farm up and go big late then take kog, if you like agressive lanes then go for graves or ez.

Kog maw is much stronger as an AP carry at the moment (and has been all along imo), but he can work as ADC in a few situations. Graves is strong, but off meta because tanks aren't as susceptible to burst as he needs in order to be successful; basically, if the enemy team is very squishy, I'd definitely pick Graves as your go-to ADC. Ezreal is pretty good right now since he can kite away from tanks and poke through their health before a team fight breaks out.

in terms of bot lane ADC, I'd say Ezreal is best, Kog is second, and Graves is third.

In terms of strength overall, Kog is best (but as AP), Ezreal is second (but as a mid lane ADC), and Graves is still only good as a bot lane ADC against squishies.
