The Shit List

I would love to see a feature where players of the game rank their teammates and opponents, Similar to the honor system, but it would prioritize who you would like to play with and/or against. If your Taric feeds, and is toxic, simply add him to your shit list, and bam, he is placed on the other team instead of yours. Now when that Taric carries the other team to victory, you have no one to blame but yourself.

I feel that a system like this would eventually sort players into better communities, and may be a more accurate way of ranking players than, well, ranked. I think that toxic players would be demoted, and riot could ease off the banns as well. What do you guys think?
