I want to change my runes.

Secondary rune path selection is not intuitive. I have a row 1 and row 2 rune selected, but wish to change my 2nd row to a 3rd row rune. If I select the 2nd row rune, and change it to 3rd, the system prioritizes changing the 1st row rune instead.

Say I have bone plating, and second wind. If I click second wind, and change it to unflinching, the system will give me bone plating and unflinching.
