Tired of Smurf accounts

Why am I constantly encountering smurf accounts, and gold and plat players in bronze tier? It's infuriating, it's driving me to the point where I am no longer finding this game fun anymore. It's a sisyphean undertaking trying to claw your way outta bronze with a non carry champ with all the drunk players, feeders, and players who saw it in pros all ready in the low tier. Add the monumental amount of smurf accounts and random plat and gold players who end up in bronze games and it's getting very near impossible.

You guys need to tie these accounts to cellphones and limit people to one account like DoTA does it. It would do a ton to remove at least one of the road blocks to bronze players trying to climb out of elo hell. I don't mind losing a good game against better players in my tier. But getting shit stomped by players who have no business in bronze is simply bullshit. Especially with this snowballing. One lane loses hard enough and it basically tips the balance so far against you that chances of coming back are no where near what they were in season 3 > 5.
