How's LeBlanc doing right now?

I haven't played since Mid Season (6) Magic, like a year ago, and I used to be a Main LB. I still don't quite understand how her rework works, but could anyone tell me her status atm? They nerfed her W a lot last patch, is she still worth it?

The only reason her W is used now is for mobility and to proc her Q+passive bounce.
