Just have to say something to Riot

I've been playing since the beginning of S3 and have spent my time at low ELO (Bronze/silver). I climbed from B5-S4 last season so I have seen the worst the game has to offer. Typically every s4 game I played in bronze had people freaking out and cursing and just being extremely negative during every aspect of the game. I must say, you guys have made huge progress fixing this via the tribunal. I rarely see people flaming like crazy, cursing each other out or rage quitting mid game anymore. Thank you.
