PSA: If the jungler ganks and is getting a for-sure kill....
... and you have very low health, for the love of god, just let them get the kill. Too many times I see laners get themselves killed trying to secure the kill for themselves. It's incredibly tilting as a jungler to go to kill someone at like 25% health, only to have your laner walk in to die when they have a single auto's worth of health left. Swallow your ego and just let the jungler have the kill. You dying to your laner because you want the kill yourself is going to lose you the lane. Your jungler getting a solo kill will not.
