Morgana Ult Change is DISRESPECT

This is the Ultimate change from Riot August. For Morgana, it is difficult enough to stand close to enemies because you are building as a squishy with ardent censer like items. Soul Shackles allow Morgana to move faster to enemies. At RANK 1, we get how much? 5%.............. I have used Approach Velocity, and I'm sure it is much faster than the R of 5% at rank 1. It will eventually increase to 55%, at lvl 16, but how is this even useful when you will get bursted instantly?

BASICALLY, Soul Shackles received nothing from the supposed "rework". A danm shame to Morgana mains.

Sounds to me like you should be building an anti burst item on her.

You know, like the item 3157 that everyone builds on her

Ahem. If you have been reading these boards for the last year, you would know that Morgana wasn't ever getting a rework. Just visual with very minor gameplay, if at all.

So with that said, you can still complain to how crappy the changes are anyway.

This post is a disrespect to my boi Fiddlesticks

but for real she needs a lot more than just movespeed. Like, i don't know, a new passive. Riot said she'd get a light change at most but they didn't do anything at all for her....
