Voice Chat should be existed since we received Practice Mode/Replay System

League of Legends is a team game; however, we can only type to communicate to others. People have been begging for years to get a Sandbox mode and that did happen but what about voice chat? All PC online games contain a voice chat option. I just want a answer how soon we can have a voice chat system. For example, I know pinging my enemy laner is very important. Sometimes I know where the enemy mid laner rotated top. However, I cannot type fast enough to alert my teammate. Voice is a powerful tool because we can express emotions behind it. I simply don't like typing because it does not show what i sound like. For example, I experienced many times where my teammate would think I respond with sarcasm. I know I did not intend it to sound like sarcasm but it just happens. So my question is how long until we truly get the communication that we been longing for?
