Do some reworks for real champions

I know riot is working on hard on reworking champions but in my head irelia and swain aren't really that much thirst for a rework.

I mean did you see some of the champions who are seriously in need of a rework. examples. 1- 2- 3- when I first started these were one of the first champs I tried and I thought they were amazing until I started playing them against normal players and saw how, no matter how many early kills and buffs I get the enemy will always out scale me in dmg. aurlion sol is a space dragon goddamit and that little brat{zoe} is a a star shifter and she is 50 times stronger then him. he should be op not what he is now. at least fix his scaling.
