Why... on a scale of 1-10, the balanced/dmg of the 2 new release champion are "purely" situational meaning if you do not have teamwork with Jhin or Illaoi

they fall so hard, i mean so hard.. where your staring the screen wondering why you even bought this champion..

then you type gg and refund

or you type gg and have 0 refund tokens and keep playing
