inter and afk jungler

Why this kind of player are accepted in game but if you ask them to stop doing this kind of shit you get chat restricted ? how do you expect player to climb back to their real rank when your team is jsut full of monkey that die every min ? ( few game ago jiinx was 5 0 before 4 min legit wood botlane ) This damage meta is seriously not funny at all even tank like mundo ornn can litteraly rip you in half only with tank item...
