Make The Surrender Option Available At 15 Minutes

Since S6 Riot has been trying to find ways for League games to become quicker with the addition of Rift Herald to push down turrets earlier and the damage amplifier to turrets with drag buff and pretty long death timers. Wouldn't it make more sense then to have the surrender option become available at say 15 minutes rather than 20? I know that higher ELO players in master or challenger would appreciate that since they have to wait so long to get into games in the first place.

Any thoughts from the community?

i agree it should be available earlier. but only in unranked, ranked should stay at 20 min i almost never use surrender in ranked if I'M agreeing to surrender in ranked, the game is well beyond "lost", its reached the point they are just toying with us.

granted that almost NEVER happens early in the game.

but i have 1 game in season 4 (unranked) that they got fed 25+ kills with us at zero before the 10 min mark.

they won at the 8 min mark.. ill never forget that game.. i swear it was a premade team of 5 challenger smurfs or something. to this day i have no idea what on earth happened that game. i was just in utter disbelief for over a half hour after that game ended.

i have NEVER had anything even close to that happen before or since that game.. but it happened once.. and fluke or not. i would certainly have loved that early surrender.. not that we even had long to wait...

they should postpone the surrender option if anything. no.

Most my games I feel are called at 10-15 minutes. Just a slow death after that.

Surrender should be disabled for all divisions except master and higher

what if they make the surrender vote start at 15 but it needs 5/0 vote to get passed and when it hits 25 mins make it the 4/1

I am afraid this would further encourage people to surrender early. They are already as defeatist as they are.
