about the level rewards
why does everyone assume that the reward system will be applied to all servers , garena has had plenty of changes without them being on na euw etc

People like to make connections and predict stuff if they can. Since Riot told us they were looking into the new player experience and then that showed up on Garena, people jumped on it and are assuming. There's a lot of strange stuff on Garena.
