problem with installation??

so if the game bugsplats in loading screen and then tells you that there was a problem with the installation , then proceeds to reinstall a whole bunch of files which take about 5 minutes , why do you get punished for "leaving the game" by getting low prio queue? getting punished cause the game fucks up , lovely
