Concerns about the upcoming Warwick rework.

I'm worried about the rework. Champion Reworks never seem to work out.

Took them like 10 tries with Rengar to get him in an "alright" spot. Skarner was ruined, and still is. Ryze is busted. Alistar is useless. Fiora is alright I guess. Kat is beyond broken. Mordekaiser's rework literally broke the entire game. They had to nerf him to unviability just to fix it. Poppy is busted. Shen is gone and forgotten.

I'm sure I forgot a ton, but those are the ones that stand out to me the most. I'm not too enthusiastic about the rework, mostly due to the track record of failed reworks. WW is one of my favorite champs, and I'm sincerely concerned this rework is going to not only completely erase WW in his current state, but will also probably ruin him in the process.

Stop it. Stop with anxiety.

The champion rework isn't even out on PBE and you're already making a thread about your fears. Just don't. Maybe his rework will turn out great.

You're right to be worried Riot in its infinite wisdom buffed Invisability last time #INVISABILITY WHY

Also considering its ww we talking about I'm gunna guess hes gunna become MASTER YI 2.0 or someshit like that

  1. Prepare to see your Precious Warwick be banned every SINGLE game like yorick was for the first month :P

I think Sion, Poppy, Fiora, and Yorick turned out fair. (Some more fair than others) But those changes were full VGU's which is what the Warwick rework is inevitably going to be. Riot is taking their time with these releases,

With the Scarner and Mordakaiser reworks, Riot basically admitted. "Yeah, we really didn't give the Juggernaut update the justice it deserved. " Pumping out mechanics that were obviously unique, but completely unworkable in the long run. Or more that these champions needed more work than the roster updates could afford them.

At this point, I think Riot is getting better about their update policy. Limiting the major worked champion to 4, to allow them to give those champs the attention they need, but excluding champs that really do need a full VGU.

Cry some more; CertainlyT is apparently leading the WW rework.

My biggest fear is that they're going to kill his simplicity. WW is one of the easiest champions in the game to play. Attack Speed steriod, Autos are the bulk of your damage, and 2 point-and-click abilities (one of which being your ult). This is what I loved about him more than anything. A simple and easy-to-use kit.

If they make him a skill-shot champion with an over-complicated kit, the current WW we have now is going to be dead and gone, and that's a bit heartbreaking to think about.
