You know how some companies do this? Well, okay, I don't think it makes sense for CEO but I could definitely make an argument for:

Be the Balance Team Project Manager for a month!

Maybe doing this and having the changes the new guy suggests implemented for a month following his reign in the pre-season.

I'm just thinking on this because I honestly believe I could have this game ontrack to be balanced within a week given full control of the decisions on champion kits buffs/nerfs and items.

Honestly I could be wrong but I think the balance team only goes after things that are too underpowered or too over powered every once in a while. But most of the time it seems like they are just making changes to add a little variety and spice up the meta for the LCS.
