Carrying silver tips?

Is it my fault that I can't carry hard? As a person who's trying to climb to higher silver (maybe even low gold), I find it hard to carry when every of the other lanes lost. I understand not all games are winnable, it's just kind of a bummer when I'm mostly winning my lane (If I don't, I passively farm and roam when the chance is available) but cannot win due to a 14/2 enemy that makes everyone tilt so that it's close to impossible to get them to cooperate. I've even started bringing TP mid just so I can roam and help the other lanes more when they're not doing so hot or get free towers when no one's protecting them, but in the end, it seems like I can't solo carry at all. Do any of you have any tips? I'd be much appreciative of them! (Thank you for the advice in advance!) [slayer-jinx-catface]

It's all simplified to; get better

or keep playing, because eventually you'll get more competent, decent or good teams instead of feeders, unless you're that one unlucky damned son of a bitch

As a silver who once was gold and is striving to get back there just be positive and try your hardest to not let your team mates tilt you into oblivion because I've had my share of winning and loosing sprees and currently afk sprees (the worst) but eventually you will find people whow are good and then you make friends with them and use dynamic que to your advantage so you don't get the toxic/afk people on your team

I feel like I could offer some advice. I didn't play at all season 5 so when I returned and did my placements I ended up in Bronze 1. I climbed up to Silver 1 where I am now constantly matched with players with gold borders.

I've found two things to be true in this bracket.

  1. The team with the better jungler (most impact, not kills) usually wins
  2. Teams that win in high silver seem to be in sync. I'm guessing I've run into a lot of duos and groups with good objective control.

The easier games I've had were ones where I duo'd with someone that is also focused on towers rather than kills. So you could either start jungling for more control over the game or duo with a good jungler. Apart from that, win lane and communicate through pings. People will be more likely to follow your pings if you're doing well.

I sadly know no junglers to queue up with, a shame for me. :( Anyways, towers have always been a high priority for me (it's the main point of the game) That's why I've started bringing TP rather than ignite mid just because I've had games that I've won when we're under 15-ish kills just because we were so objective focused.
