Ivern buff on PBE - they cant be for real, can they?

After being 54%+ winrate for eternity and finally become manageable (still 51-52% winrate, never dropping below 50%) Riot decides to buff one of the most toxic and skillless junglers in the game. Who ever thought "gosh I wish I saw Ivern more often"? I doubt anyone did.

Buffing him without adding some counterplay to his OP crap is insane - Ivern automatically wins either top or bot lane without ever needing to gank. A free red at 8 min = GG. Counterplay to this - zero. He does not need any buffs until you rework his kit a little and give more counterplay to his buff donation and stealing the jungle with channel + smite instantly.

1 - the buffs are almost meaningless and give him like 30 damage pre-reduction. 2 - He has been shot in the knees on repeat for nerfs and he suffered the biggest nerf yet, the 1600 to 800 Bushmaker cast range which massively reduced his scouting and safety. 3 - Once Ardent gets nerfed, he will in turn also be nerfed hard so basically this buff will mean nothing EVEN more in a couple of weeks.

Considering he have an abismal 1% pick rate his 51/2% win rate it's not so good :/

btw we are talking of a 10 base dmg boost and a +0.1 AP scale on a champ that don't even build full ap ... the buffs don't seems so ground breaking as you claim

they need to make the damage/slow removed if his shield is destroyed
