Anyone realize how blatantly overpowered this champ is?

Champ literally has 0 consequences, by far the most forgiving champ in the game. E on practically 2-3 second cooldown, R gives him 5 seconds of dominating your team before he E's away and heals, even if you do chain CC him, then the rest of his team is killing you, just don't understand how this is not addressed? Champ needs a serious nerf: to his passive, E cooldown, and R duration.

Honestly he's easy to fight early game, Punish him for stepping up to wave, his strength comes from him hitting minion/champions to stack up crit. Shut him down early where he doesnt have his advantage and pressure him from farming. He falls behind so fast because of how easy he is to shut down from even thinking to step up to a wave.
