So at what point is Renekton getting a nerf?

So is Riot just going to continue to buff this champ until he can actually 1v5 at lvl 3? Because he can already 1v3 pretty easily at lvl 6. Champ requires 0 skill or mental capacity to play, can just run through your team because he is so ridiculously tanky and heals a fuckton for no reason. Literally 0 counterplay in lane, so if you think about it, if he makes it to lvl 6 without being ganked 5 times, he will just 1v2 you and your jungler and snowball off that. Or if you get 0 help, then he will just dive you from full health because he gets so much health and healing from his R. So yea, just wondering when this bullshit champ will get a significant nerf.
