Ok, I can't hide it anymore. I'd feel too dirty if I did.

I'm a Heimer main, so this is kinda painful to admit ... mostly because I don't want it to get nerfed. But I have to. I simply have to.

Rylai's is completely and utterly broken on Heimerdinger!! Yes, beams and the regular pellet shots proc the slow. The pellet shots proc the 20% multi-hit slow. The beams proc the 40% AoE slow. The missiles from "W" proc the 40% AoE slow. The RW for the upgraded missiles all proc the 40% stun.

Before, the normal pellet shots would not proc the slow. Only the beam would proc for the rather pitiful 15% slow. Now, the normal pellets do proc, and anyone who enters the pool of turrets are not only going to hurt a lot as usual, but they will be inflicted with a perma-slow Ashe wishes she had.

_Though ... of course, this is only an issue if you don't follow the rule of respecting Heimer's space, seeing as he IS the master of zone control for a reason. _ His turrets can still be handled easily enough treating them the same way as before (using long range + AoE abilities to nuke them). However, that 40% slow is just a tad bit too strong. I've been able to chase down enemies by hitting them with my missiles, slowing them down by 40% for a whole second. That's not something I should be able to do as Heimer.

I'm thinking that the best way to fix the slows is to lower them by these amounts:

  1. multi-hit from 20% to 15%
  2. AoE from 40% to 30%.

What do you guys think? Who else is Rylai's completely broken on? Why was Rylai's made this powerful? rofl

The problem is that Riot removed slow stacking, so buffing Rylais was meant to be seen as a compensation for removing super-ultra-stacking slows (cough Nasus and Nunu cough). I love playing Heimerdinger right now as well and I secretly don't want Rito to nerf Rylais. Good players can already take down Heimerdinger so he shouldn't really be a problem.

AP Ezreal with Runeglaive on the other hand changes Ezreal's playstyle completely, and that's when I say is a good time to nerf an item.

Well, seeing as Riot ever pays attention to Heimer, I'm going to suspect that he'll be fine for a while. The only nerf that we may get is to Rylai's. Until then, let's enjoy the new frostzone control mage. ;P
