Anyone else feel like they mixed up the lore and gameplay of Nasus and Renekton?

Renekton "A terrifying, rage-fueled Ascended being from the scorched deserts of Shurima. Much of the time he is little more than a devolved hate-maddened beast"

-Expertly dashes in and out of a skirmish, not giving his opponents time to react and is out of range before his opponent can fight back.

Nasus "Fiercely intelligent, he was a guardian of knowledge and peerless strategist whose wisdom guided the ancient empire of Shurima to greatness for many centuries."

-Mindlessly stacks his Q on minions and then clubs people to death while hardly using any strategy at all.

Not really. Nasus is a split-pushing pimp, and taking towers to get to the Nexus is the true objective of the game.

Renekton's Style: In his rage, he goes all-out and punishes players early until his rage dies down (reference to how his has a strong early and bad late game) You shouldn't mistake anger with incompetence either, a rage-fueled beast can still be a great fighter

Nasus: expertly bides his time, gathering resources (q stacks) and chooses his battles carefully. Divides the enemy through split pushing and employing this strategy at ideal times. You shouldn't mistake simplicity as lack of wisdom either, often times simplicity is wisdom

Or look at it this way.

He patiently sits in lane stacking his Q as his strategy to outplay enemies later. His early game is weaker, and you don't really see him dueling much, so he has to play smarter early on.

"The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting."

By split-pushing, Nasus can draw apart the enemy team and waste their time while he continues to grow in strength. He confuses and misleads the enemy, splitting their attention and hindering their ability to respond while his team take advantage of the openings he offers.

Do not mistake simplicity for lack of intelligence or strategy.

Simplicity is wisdom.

Where Renekton punishes mistakes, Nasus lets them grow while he accumulates power.

While Renekton is aggressive and dominating in fights, Nasus until he can no longer be stopped before acting.

Where Renekton acts, Nasus waits.

Time leads to wisdom, knowledge is the heart of wisdom, and knowledge is power. It is those who prepare that are the ones to be truly feared.

Renekton doesn't stop smacking the shit out of his opponent. The moment he gets enough fury, or even if he doesn't, he dashes in, slaps his opponent around with his giant scaly dick, and pretty much just eats him alive for the entire laning phase.

jus mistake taktik for strategie here. Renekton as a frontline warleader is supposed to be a great tactican, and also a skilled warrior, so dashing in quickly, wrecking havoc, and getting out befor your opponent can really react is rather fitting.

Nasus is the strategis, he's more about when and where to fight, he has great wavecontroll, hi wither can help alot at starting or preventing fights, his E creats a powerfull zone for your team and can wrap the 'where' of the fight, and his well known splitpushing is mostly a strategic thing, the bigger part of the troops(represented by the rest of his team) kepp the opponent busy while he and his trusty minions take the base behind their back. Proper splitpushing is more strategical demanding than teamfighting, while teamfighting has more tactical demands, as splitpushing needs proper wavecontroll, knowing when to presure and when to draw back from both you and your team and a great vision setup to get the needed infos so you don't just get colapsed on.
