It's been a while since Garen has had buffs... But needs something more...

Garen has received some buffs, which are not bad ... I mean, it's always buff that "help" him, but according to my humble opinion from main Garen, Garen needs something more, to make it a little more effective and more reliable over his main abilities.

Q - Decisive Strike Duration of speed increased. movement speed Increased. Duration of movement speed increases 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 ----> 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 / 4.5 Movement speed increases 30% ---> 40% (this would greatly benefit the situation)

R Demacian Justice Basic damage and percentage damage, increased. Lvl1 175 - -> 225/28% - -> 30% Lvl2 350 - -> 450/33% - -> 35% Lvl3 525 - -> 625/40% - -> 42% (he needs it, In the end, after any champion gets a bit of magical resistance, the supreme of Garen really makes it hard to execute the enemy on duty, plus both base and percentage damage, which could help him a lot.)

well, he just got buffed.

but the next time they do, i dont want any number buffs again. pls just give him some gameplay improvements and fix his bugs.

anything along the lines of improving how villainy choses its target, increasing the animation speed of his q, decreasing the lockout of the spin cancel from 1 second to 0.5 seconds, allow him to activate w during q animation etc. just changes that make him less clunky in places.

also this isnt a buff, but give his e more spins for building attack speed, so zeal items are as cost efficient as other offensive items, and hes open to crit builds again.

Even buff like that could make it a little more pleasant to play ... Garen has many problems ... But apparently Riot prefers to buff on buff champs like Lux XD. Maybe I'm just wasting time, since Garen's problems are very obvious, but it seems like he's pretending nothing :/

problems like he is manaless, nearly immune to cc, and has a silence which stop ne1 he reaches from escaping or fighting back? those kind of problems?

garen is any AP champs worst fucking nightmare. (other than the ADC)

It makes no sense to even continue this discussion, given what you wrote, you do not have the slightest idea of the problems that afflict Garen. Even if there are more problematic champions at the moment ... They are weak (so they need some help) or they are too strong (that they need a control). But as mentioned elsewhere, Garen's problems are very obvious, and that if they wanted to solve the problems they would have already done so, but I do not understand why they pretend to be nothing.

Why not? Garen currently has a lot of problems, needs some improvement, absolutely. But apparently, it is better to make Lux unbalanced beyond anything that tries to make Garen PLAYABLE XD

I thrash with Garen. Garen is more than playable, he is banned a lot even because he is OP.

no he isn't "OP" but he is certainly on the verge of being so

and just for the record garen is DESIGNED to be a beginner friendly champ that is easy to pick up.

I'm sorry mate, but i really feel like Garren isn't a champ to just buff out of the blue.

Expecially with damage buffs. If he'd ever recieve those, he'd need some tuning down on other area's imo. Like tune down his passive (or just give him a compleetly different passive) It is way to easy for him to stay in lane anyway.

He needs something to make him worth playing. His passive is good and thats because his late game contributions in team fights are next to worthless.

But please don't. Buffing his R would be pointless because he'd get cc'd to death before he could use it or he wouldn't be able to execute it efficiently. It's like giving a freezimg bird drier to unfreeze itself, while it ccan't obviously. Buffing things do not solvr issues the way reworks can.

Garen does not need a rework, that's okay. It needs some improvement and more RELIABILITY .. But unfortunately I do not budget the game, and it seems that RIOT pretend nothing ... Garen has problems, it is obvious, it is so difficult to make it more pleasant and more reliable? idk... IDK...
