You're getting free shit wtf do you mean hextech is trash? You just got a free champion and a skin FOR PLAYING THE GAME! YOU DIDINT SPEND A DIME IN HEXTECH.

I think getting skins for champs you don't own is nice, it gets people who don't play too many champs to get out of their comfort zone. I myself got Death Blossom Elise a week ago, grinded for the champ because the skin is GORGEOUS, and I just finished my first game with her. She's actually really fun!

Now skin shards can so suck it, I agree.
