Will there be a double reset for flex q mmr?

For the first few flex q games, I feel like playing with people I'd normally only see in normals (one league below). The reset from my previous ranked mmr seems pretty hard. If the new season in a few days comes with yet another reset of my flex mmr, I can't imagine what that will do to my flex q mmr. I feel like it will sink into the depth of hell where even normal game are much more competitive and serious. So how much will the second reset at the start of season 7 affect flex q mmr? I hope it will fix the match making problems we are facing no, rather than making it worse.
