Autofill makes this game unfair, Riot should make adjustments like with duo q!

I see people argue that autofill is no big deal, because in previous seasons we had pick order and everyone autofilled. Yes, I agree it was worse from the fun perspective and the system now is an improvement. But back then both teams had that pick order and both teams had someone that failed to have their best role. That evened it out and made the system fair in the long run.

Now you have everyone playing their intended role and main champs except that autofilled guy. That's a HUGE advantage swing to the one side that has no autofill. If you make someone autofill, make the other team have an autofill too or adjust the MMR, just like having a duo (which also gives an advantage swing to one side). Otherwise it's really unfair. And don't come at me with "But then you got games where other team has autofill". How do you know that 50% of your games you get the autofill, 50% of the times the enemy team does? As far as I know, it really is all random and luck. There even cases of one team has multiple autofills, while the other team has none. If you are unlucky, you can have autofilled team mates every game for 10+ games straight. There is yet no mechanism in place that protects you from having autofilled team mates.

People got a lot better compared to previous seasons by limiting their roles and maining champs. You could fill back then when everyone was kinda filling and it was no big deal. Now you are at a HUGE disadvantage as a fill player vs people on their main champ and main role. Filling isn't the same as it used to be, it's a lot harder now, and you have no chronobreak to turn back the skill level to how it was seasons before. So to balance that out, you need adjustments just like with duoq: Adjust MMR or make both teams have same number of autofills!
