My 3 biggest problems with the new champ select (Plus a Possible Solution)

  Unless I'm playing with my friends, I normally fill anything but support, because I don't like laning with an ADC I'm not familiar with. With the new champion select I'm restricted to either playing Blind pick, or only having two choices. There isn't a way to say "I don't want to play this role, but I'm fine with any other one." With the old Champ select, most people I ended up playing with were willing to adapt. 
    My Solution to this is when we select fill, allowing us to select one role we won't have to play. I don't think this would increase queue time by much, if at all, because it actually increases the amount of roles some people are queued for. 

   When I play with friends, we like to duo bot lane a lot, but we can't both select bot and support as our intended roles. The game says our group must cover a wider range of roles before we can queue. Why can't we just both queue as the same roles in a different order?(Adc/supp vs supp/adc)

   When I hover a champion, the enemy team sees it as well, so if i select say, Fiora as my Pick intent, but then I switch to Jinx to secure it for someone so the other team doesn't take it, they know I want to play fiora.
