How does she get in an auto before Q'ing???? She's melee remember.

to be fair, late game, Malz shouldn't ever be in flash+auto range of Diana unless he's got his team around him.
JeffLeague1231 votesDodge as many q's as possibly and harass her as much as you can. Don't use your w to much unless if she engages. She get's r resets if she lands a q. Usually if you're running away she will q where you're running. Instead walk in front use Nether Grasp and then unleash full combo. Don't stay too close in melee range because of her w and she will also e you from that range. Buy a Ninja Tabi or Mercury treads to decrease some of her damage. Ask for early ganks to start snowball if you don't, farm passively and harass her at the same time don't get poked too much. Buy a couple of MR items like Abyssal Sceptre and maybe get a Zhonyas hourglass to wait for your Q to come back up and some armour. After coming out of Zhonyas you would rather flash or fight. 2.5 seconds is enough for her to walk up to you unless if your void minions are attacking her making her slowed because of rylais. That'll let you run for a bit and start kiting to your team. If you're the last one, keep dodging her q's and keep kiting. Replace Rabadons and Void staff with Zhonyas and Abyssal Sceptre. If you're ahead keep Rabadons but replace Void Staff with Zhonyas or Abyssal. You can never go wrong with some defensive items. That's kind of all i have to say so yeah. Try to stay to this advice and use it for future games. Good Luck!
AdeBug1 votesA higher ranked person commented to never go defense if you're mid or adc. The opposite for the rest, never go full offense on the other 3 roles, when behind.

Hmm, if her Q hits your spellshield, are you still marked?
An Abyssal Scepter would go a long way, as well. Perhaps replace the Liandry's if it's not essential.

Damn, that sucks. So she won't have kill potential on you at level 6, but she'll still take out ~50% of your health, at least. Late game you're a bit luckier, if you've got back up she won't be able to kill you before help kills/cc's her. A lot of her damage is frontloaded onto her Q.
Guess it's like how Fiora can proc Vitals through the shield.
