Electrolute and Lux?
Is Spell + auto + passive still considered "3 attacks" or she's going to be unable to proc it without both q and E?

I think either way Meteor may be better on Lux. It's sure to hit when you land a snare and heavily intensifies your burst combo.
E+Hit will probably proc it, because her passive apply spell efects.
If you get it on Lux, your "bonus" from your runes will be 10 ad. You sure that's even worth?
