A possible fix for Garen

One of the most common complaints about Garen right now is that he can still be semi-tanky because of his W despite going full damage. So my proposal was to make it so instead of granting static armor and magic resist per stack, it instead grants bonus armor and magic resist. And if that's still not enough, then make it so its active doesnt give damage reduction, but instead amplifies that bonus armor+magic resist multiplicatively, so Garen has to actually build tank items to get any use of the ability at all. Of course the math might be hard to get right at the start, but I think the payoff would be worth it.

the only thing that changed about garens W was it got less free armor and mr and instead of a flat damage reduction it now scales with his HP

so its actually weaker then what it was. he isnt as tanky as he use to be

the shield scales with HP. The damage reduction is flat. The thing making him strong is Conq's true damage.

Uhh the damage reduction is still there. They only removed the 60% he gets for the first 0.75 secs.

9.20 Patch Notes never touched any part of his W after 0.75 secs, although I am indeed wrong about me saying the 60% tenacity got removed.

It never stated that his W got reworked, nor did they ever cross out the part where he gains 30% tenacity after 0.75secs. It's pretty much crystal clear.
