Heime nerfed, Need a Map change and..WTF?

Played Heime today.. nerfed and owned. really.. takes 5 hits with his wrench to kill a minion.. WTF. Map is getting boring.. Can't you do a small change to it? Sass it up a bit so everyone has to think.. maybe a random map? WTF is up with levels? I know you want to nickel/dime everyone for profit but at least give us something for Lv6/7. WTF???? How about an additional Mastery token or maybe a few more slots to the Runes.. why even bother with leveling up? I have 33k IP... nothing to do with them.. make them into skin coins or something..
