Dear Riot. You gave players with excessive IP chroma skins ip sales and mastery 7s for them to spend their ip on,but what about newer players? it cost me an arm and a leg to buy tier 3 adc runes and you keep autofilling me please make runes more affordable or create more and stronger tier 2 runes.Thank you.
