Which Champions are considered actual tank tanks?

I feel like a lot of tanky champions deal respectable damage even if they build really tanky.

Obviously champions like Maokai would be a full tanky tank, but what about say Rammus, Sejuani, Ornn, and Shen? These champions are very tanky but often deal a surprising amount of damage.

I'm just a bit confused as to what is what considered a tank and what is considered more as a tanky fighter, since there are a lot of threads talking about tanks and bruisers and so on but its not very clear which particular champion group people are talking about.

Its not that tanks are doing so much damage its that other champions are so squishy.

When I think tank I think Maokai, Malphite, and Nautilus. Everyone else is like a secondary tank to me. I see it kinda like how Overwatch is. Overwatch has main and off tanks, with a main tank being just a wall of meat, and an offtank being basically a juggernaut or heavy diver, some tank and some damage.
