The next One For All should be completely random.

One hundred and twenty-seven champions. And you hardly see more than 10 different champions being played, maybe a bit more. It's always the same champions being played, one game it's Yasuo, the next game it's Nautilus another Yasuo game then a Veigar game or a Tahm.

You should make it completely random next time, let players ban the champions and let the game decide on what should be played. It's really no fun playing the same champion over and over and over.

The thing with this is that people will dodge a lot. "Oh look, we got a champion I don't think is good in 14A, let's dodge!" Unless, of course, it's completely random and players only know what champ they got in the loading screen. However, the problem of people not playing their best because of their negative attitude thinking the champ sucks still persist. I like the way you think, but I don't think this is the solution. The fact that you hardly see more than 10 different champs being played is exactly why riot doesn't like keeping featured game mode year round. There is an abstain button, but unless you can persuade your team to try something new, I doubt anyone (except for me cuz i'm trolly xD) will use it.

Valid point, I'm just tired of seeing COMPLETELY different players in COMPLETELY different games picking the SAME champions. It's repetitive/redundant and it becomes boring. But it's gone soon so that's something.

I agree that it's boring. I think Riot does too. That's why they only let people play it for a few weeks. They know the champs they made were not made with featured game modes in mind.

I much preferd the mirror mode. Because a Pre made party wouldn't completely ruin your chances of playing a champion you voted for.

the Premades tend to get what they want. which makes playing with them less than plesent.

Oh don't even get me started on the premades. They just..ruin the games. Worst premades are the ones who pick champs they can't even play.

This also means that there is less of that countering champions (even if unintentional such as just picking a ranged cc champ).

IKR I feel like they should have coded it so that premade parties who all vote for the same champ only count as 1 vote xD

I think that it should be randomly selected champion pool of like 20 champs or so, and we can ban and vote from that pool

Could work, but then again people would pick the 10 that we're seeing now and the next 10 "OP" champs. So a bit more variety but still.

no, we don't chose 20... 20 is automatically randomly selected as our pool whenever we enter the mode. and from those random champions that we have no influence on their selection, we'd ban a few, and then vote on which remaining to play...

Ah okay. It's a neat idea. The only forseeable problem, that I can see, is that people might still dodge for not getting what they want. But then again, there is ARAM with somewhat similar aspects. Would the pool of champ be the same for both team?

Oh my, yes, yes, that will solve the problem of (excluring Darius / Fiora) every single AD in the game losing by default and APs continuing to have no counterplay because the very few MR items that exist also have health while APs typically also have secondary effects that deal a % of your max health.

It will help.... but the most critical flaw that makes OFA so idiotic remains unsolved.
