Yasuo
Dear League of Legends Champion reworkers and League community. I have notice for quite some time that Yasuo isn't up to par with how he should actually be, and if you will for a moment, I have a vision of what he should look like. You see Yasuo is an interesting character with how he is mostly reliant on his critical chance for damage, and has suffered through many rebalancing questions from the staff that made him(WHY IS HE SO BROKEN?!) which then caused him to get his ubernerf. I don't think this is fair to the champion as the work that was put down was lazy at best, and not imaginative on how you could make this champion fit with the rest of the criteria.
I have noticed after many times of playing him that a. His e cool down is not truly .5 or .1 of a second and is instead still THE FULL SECOND. And he isn't meant to have any sort of AP scaling unless you are like me and have found some secret way to play him hybrid (which doesn't work out as well as you would think), instead give him the ability to hit critical chance with his e(BUT HOLD IT! Before you go on posting about YASUO NO NEED MORE DAMAGE read that comes next) And for the amount of damage that comes from his critical chance should be around 25% crit damage which then goes to 50% crit damage (such as if I hit 100, and I have 25% crit damage added to it if I land a crit chance with it, then it will be 125 on the total amount of damage) and to give it a small amount of ad ratio like .1 or .2.
Secondly, he w has no real reason to be leveled unless you want to reduce it's cool down, which is fair because of how many passives he gets :). but still is a lazy way of making his wind wall ability, I believe that if you were to give it a passive to reduce it's cool down by a certain amount every time an enemy champion projectile comes through it then we can call it even and fair.
Thank You for taking the time to read, and hopefully understand why this should be implemented. Comment respectfully, and with positive criticism.
