Hi im Yasuo
I have two ad scaling abilities, and one ap scaling ability. I am a fighter/assassin and not a mage, and can't be played with any ap items.
I need a utility buff.

If youre saying Yasuo needs more damage, Get out pls.
yet yasuo gains double crit rate, he doesnt need the dash damage either
I'm confused... Are you complaining about Riven, Yasuo, or Azir?
By the logic of "An infinite dash" mechanic should scale of Ad instead of Ap, we might as well change all ADC ults to AD as well, amright

Are you implying Yasuo needs a buff because he's not as strong as one of the most cancerous, obnoxious top laners in the game? Really?
Maybe because Yasuo was designed to counter mages, which he still does extremely well, while he gets destroyed by melee champs, which he still does. Working very much as intended. Yasuo is fine where he is.
Jinx's chompers do magic damage and is her only AP scaling skill.
Gnar's w procs in Mini form do % hp magic damage and is his only magic damage skill (his ult in Mega form scales with some AP but does physical damage).
Reksai burrowed Q does magic damage and scales with AP but none of her other skills do.
Kalista's soulbound w procs do % hp magic damage.
There's a reason champions have both physical and magic damage abilities. It's so the enemy team doesn't stack resists to make you completely useless as well as makes it so you don't deal stupid damage because everything scales with one form of damage. As Yasuo, you're gonna be doing some mixed damage anyway since you build Shiv. Riven does not benefit from building crit aside from maybe ghostblade.
Besides, they're two very different champions...
Yasuo has windwall and can max out his crit with two items and some crit runes. But let's not get into his overloaded kit.
Bump
Bumpity
Bumping harder.
'Cause it's not his main ability?
His Q and Ult are what he's focused on (And his passive); the E and W are for engage and disengage.
Not to mention you can't use his dash on more than one target at a time, AND it does more damage the more times you use it.
He's a mage killer, and he does his job well.
I figured out what changes need to be made to make Yasuo balanced again. His E is still debatable, but what needs to be done is to add at least a one more second to his flow shield when it is activated, and to add a cool down gain for his Wind Wall that works (maybe lower the cool down everytime an enemy champion projectile of some kind tries to pass through?). I know what you are thinking, BUT THAT WOULD BE BROKEN AS S----, but here me out. If it is on a cool down such as .5 seconds less every time an enemy champion projectile tries to pass through then it would give it more utility. Besides, it's the enemies choice to keep attacking with the wall up. Now I am not talking about minions, or camps, or anything of the sort, but champions (Important to keep this in mind). Not to mention the fact that Yasuo's W doesn't cancel rope grapples from la blanc, nocturne, karma, and fiddles when it should when they are activated on him.
There is a legitament idea here, you just have to find it. - bump.
I wont let this die until the mods force it to die.
bump because no one but me will bump.
Not going to lie, this is a legitament fact that Yasuo's E needs to be reworked again so that it's ad scaling or something that actually benefits with building him right instead of nerfing him with an ap scale when you can't play ap yasuo.
I would delete all the bumps on this post if I could, but it's the only way to keep it from dyeing. So I am just going to keep doing this until it gets noticed or something.
I will wait until someone can thoroughly explain why Having AP on an AD oriented champ who DOES NOT use AP items was an efficient move. This is going to be a long post by the way things look.
Bump
I'm not sure why you decided to compare riven to Yasuo, they are not the same and their kits function differently. With that out of the way the reason I think it has an ap ratios is the bonus damage amp mixed with the cooldown of the ability. So he gets a 50% base damage bump after two casts of his e. At level five this ability is doing 150 damage so with the stacking amp it does 225. At level five the cooldown for this ability Is. 01 of a second on a targeted ability. In otherwords it is the lowest cd ability in the game(I think) that can't be dodged, that deals more damage(up to 50%) the more you use it.. See where this is going? So let's make an applicable scenario. Riot just removed his ap ratios and put a .5 ad ratio cause riven and reasons. Now Yasuo decides to max his e first and at level 7 has a Dorans and a bf. He has roughly 135-150 ad at the moment. So right now, level 7 Yasuo is doing 300 damage with a targeted ability that is never on cd(.01) and he can keep his stacks up on minions and cast that ability on you every 6 seconds. So now you think, oh well if he dashes to you that's your chance to trade right? Well it's hard to trade when he combos it with sweeping blade and your knocked up. Oh but I have a long range spell after I land and he has already dashed away on two minions, now is my chance. Nope windwalled that shIt. Literally two rotations of that so early in the game is death for his opponent. It would be oppressive as fuck with the way his kit, and that spell is designed.
yeah let's change from scale with AP into scale with max mana.
The dash is for utility, not damage. They add the AP ratio so you can get more benefit from something like a Trinity Force.
But honestly, Riven is kind of silly anyway. No one else has an AD scaling shield, do they? If you're concerned about balance, maybe you should focus on that. If you just got out of a rough game against a Riven, this isn't a good place to kvetch about it.
Riot designs different champs to be different champs. They want each to fill a different role. Some are more powerful than others. (For instance, Braum has "fighter" listed as a secondary role, but how do you think he'd fare against a Riven?) When you go around saying, "My champ isn't as broken as this insanely broken champ over here! INJUSTICE!" you sound a lot less like you're concerned about balance, and a lot more like you're whining because you can't counter everyone with your favorite champ.
