Yes, because jg tf, vayne and sorts were breaking the game, and like riot they forget these things...
Why would Vayne buy Rageblade? This is like the third thread I've seen about this. I can't fathom building AP on a champ that has zero AP scalings. At least it makes a little sense when the champion has one skill that scales with AP.
What's next? Are you worried she'll build Nashor's Tooth and Wits End?

No, they made it proc every four autos for ranged champions for the soon to be released Kindred and Kayle.
I used to go jungle vayne mayne and kill scrubs with my silver bolts. Then they nerfd it and i was very sad.
It was specifically for Kindred (and Kayle) actually.
Vayne didn't actually have anything to do with it.
