Rank Playing

Riot should consider to recreate the whole rank playing system. It is an agony of randomly getting players who just turned level 30 and playing for placements that ruins experienced players' rank games and especially in promos. That is an easy tilt on players who are desperate and frustrated for a win. Too many times to count that i have unexperienced players playing rank, in their placements, while i'm in my promos. Without a doubt other players had the same experience of having low or none experience players in their rank game. If Riot is such a "genius" in creating this game then why not create a game mode or a pool system in rank that places all unrank or unplaced players in the same elo or pool or game. Its simple maybe easy adjustment. Instead of making duo/solo queue more complicated than it is, fix the rank play system. All games have their flaws that is unforeseen but it is a tragedy to have a clear visible problem unresolved when there is already a solution.
