BUGS AND LAGS

The game randomly lags, i cant move the champion where i want/need to be, and the abilities won't go off when i want it to. Its costing me 3 games straight, losing to other players who have wayyyy less experience as i do. The sever randomly keeps disconnecting. My wifi connection is great but it still lags when i have FPS: 80 ; 45 MS/PING. FIXX IT RIOT TIRED OF THIS BS!!
