Can we institute a "Loss Forgiven" for 4v5s?
I have lost too many games to 4v5's, especially my recent string of 3 that had me demoted and bumped down to almost 0lp in plat 4 just because of bad luck. And I generally try to be a positive person (never received so much as a chat restriction), but sometimes you get unlucky and you end up in a 4v5, be that the fault of the person or not. I get that people's computers crash, or windows updates happen, or whatever, or they're just an asshole. And 4v5's are totally winnable, I've done it a few times myself. But a good 90% of the time, a 4v5 is essentially a death sentence. I know there's the new /remake feature coming out, and that's a great step in the right direction, but I think giving the players on the losing team of a 4v5 (if they're the 4) should be given loss forgiven. I know that people are going to cite the obvious issue, which is that duos can just leave to prevent LP loss, but what if a 10-15 minute check was put in place, wherein the system determines if the player has been gone for longer than that period and then awards loss forgiven, so that duos cant just leave last minute. I'm sure there are flaws in my logic, but if you'd like to see this happen or want to give some CONSTRUCTIVE and CIVIL criticism, please drop a comment. Thanks for your time.
