What do you guys think if Riot gave the towers slightly increased attack speed and damage to make tower diving and crushing a little harder, but also discourages camping since the tower will last hit more?
Increasingly and especially with this last update - towers and structures seem to be getting weaker and weaker, to the point it's a bit of a problem. The reasoning for these gradual debuffs is apparently because Riot doesn't want people camping under their towers and farming - makes for a boring game and can be problematic if people like Viegar or Nasus can just stockpile. The problem with making the towers about as intimidating as a paper bag is because it's super easy to tower dive. Zed is one of my mains, and I just feel bad for the other side. Same goes for Ekko, Tryd and many others. And frankly most champions now can pretty reliably dive for kills after level 4-5 if you are being smart. It makes for incredibly easy snowballing, and now with the heavy emphasis on securing objectives those towers are much more important. Snowball matches are just as boring as games that are stalled, and also discourage more healthy counter play and competitiveness.
