The excuse is going to be that he has "toxic" or "oppressive" gameplay and that he should either be gutted to Urgot levels, reworked, or completely deleted from the game.
The same as most other complaint threads, no information or reason and just asking for him to be nerfed.
But the coherent posts that actually make a point that he needs nerfs will most likely cease.

Nothing will change. The whining will continue until he is deleted. It's stupid. He's not overpowered, there's an entire slew of counters and extreme windows of opportunity to beat him. I really hope riot reconsiders before taking a balanced champion and dipping him into tier 2-3. If anything he needs a BUFF in the mid lane. He lost 10% win rate in a couple days after a small item change. That says A LOT about what the real problem is.
