Gragas buffs needed or gonna transform into Nunu special supp main

Gragas is at the moment almost as worthless as Nunu so there's no difference which one I pick. If Gragas is not buffed then I'll just stick with Nunu and help making the game greater again for everyone by supporting with him in ranked.
