LeBlanc Nerf

From my point of view with that nerf, u made kindly "useless". Its not about the wave-clear fact, u made her like mage instead of an assassin and here is why im thinking like that: u are in a teamfight 5v5 u are assassin and u want to 1shot or burst enemy adc or midlaner or etc. since W does like no damage even with ult, u have your Q which is on target shot (OK you will do some dmg but not enough) your E which is skill-shot (quite hard to land in 5v5 on an protected enemy) and even if u land one of your skills, to proc your passive damage you need 1,5 secs, which that little time is crucial in team-fights to do your burst dmg or what ever, in the other hand if u look at "mages" they have more 1 shot or burst potential comparing to assassins, like "syndra, lux, annie etc". In conclusion, what i mean is, that u somehow killed 's assassination potential.
