Key And box lost while trying to open

DEATHUP0NYOU Today at 23:10 i went to the loot section and did forge 3 keys then i tried to open the box which i had 6 box and now i have 5 i pressed open and nothing happened, i waited like 2 mins and still nothing so i decided to refresh by moving to another page and then go back to "loot" i did and 1 box was gone and there were no keys, btw it was in new client, any ideas?

same thing happened to me, sent ticket to rito and no response

Same thing happened to me. I reported it as a bug, but how do I send in a ticket?
