Blocking players and autofill

I personally hate autofill. My lane is given to another and they just feed and feed and feed. Kinda makes me angry. I would rather wait an extra five minutes and get one of my lanes. I think that would be totally worthwhile.

When i play with such people, they become toxic and there is no way for me to remove playing with them as an option. They cannot be blocked unless you friend them first. I mean wtf was RIOT thinking when they designed it that way. I have absolutely no idea how that came to be. Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
