at least quadruple his q cd so he doesnt have a nado every 2 seconds the moment he gets 1 as item...

or the infinite mobility from his e...

RlP K0BE2 votesHis Q CD scales off attack speed. It acts as an "empowered auto attack" that applies on hit effects. Increasing the CD on it would fuck up his kit unless you mean the cool down on his tornado.
Arguably the point of Yasuo's ult is to get that armor pen buff because the actual damage it deals is negligible. If you take away that buff, his ult damage would have to be increased to compensate.
And what the hell do you mean by infinite mobility? He can literally only use his E when there are enemy minions around or enemy players(if you are letting Yasuo dash around on enemy players without killing him thats your fault). And even then it goes on CD on the target he dashed on.

You're lucky you even got that one at all given that Yasuo was entirely a low elo problem. Hell, Yasuo is more likely to see buffs before nerfs the way things are now.
